Warrant Investigations offers its clients free in-service training. Our training classes are tailor-made for claims adjusters and other insurance company employees. We offer classes on the following subjects:

1. Surveillance, "Expectations vs. Reality"
Our presentation consists of a short (10 minute) presentation to adjusters. Also included is a 2 to 3 minute videotape which will show adjusters "Sub-rosa" from the view of the field investigator. As with all of our training, the seminar cost is free. We will come to your company at our expense, and on your time schedule.

2. Videotape, "What is really good—and what’s not"
This presentation consists of a brief verbal presentation (5 minute). The discussion is followed by a videotape which highlights seemingly helpful videotape and "hidden" helpful videotape. Additionally, we will point out procedures we employ to reduce unnecessary investigation expenses.

3. AOE/COE, "A complete accurate reporting"
The time of our presentation is approx: 10 to 15 minutes. Our senior AOE/COE investigator will give you insight on how to properly interview a claimant or witness. Our instructor offers you his expertise gained after 30 years of interviewing witnesses.

4. Workers compensation Fraud, "The reality of filing charges"
This 12 minute videotape is professionally directed and produced. We interview officials involved in the criminal prosecution of claimants. The video offers help in preparing "Prosecutable" fraud claims. The "do's and don’ts" are pointed out to the adjuster. This presentation is geared to the "claims adjuster" who is the front line solider in workers compensation fraud prosecution.
