Case Manager site is designed to offer claims adjusters
fast access to the status of their claims. An adjuster can go to our
website, sign in on to the secured page and get fast, accurate, up-to-date
information on a particular claim.
When a claims adjuster uses our website for the first time, they are given a personal identification code. In future visits to the site, the adjuster will sign in and have immediate access to their files. Only the adjuster and Warrant Investigations will be able to access this sensitive information. The site is protected by state-of-the-art software to insure confidentiality.
Once a case is assigned to us we enter the claim information into our Case Manager section. The status of each claim is updated daily. This will allow you to check the current status of a file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By providing you with easy access to a claim status we continue our commitment to keep the adjuster apprised of the current status of a claim.
We
believe, this service is an industry first. Because of the Case
Manager, an adjuster no longer will have to track down investigators
to receive updates and statuses of a file.
